Step 3: Any exchanges must be UNWORN, have TAGS ON and be in RE-SALEABLE condition. This means no odor of perfume or smoke, no pet hairs, nor soiled in any way.

Step 4: Marked down clearance items are final sale and may not be returned.

Qualifying returns receive Store Credit for immediate or future use.  

Store credit never expires.
